CBthePP is a safe haven for me and one of the things I'm most proud of because it has given me so much and because I get to share it with so many wonderful people, including our readers.
This season we see Chuck very warmhearted (but I loved him the seasons before the same) but Blair shows a very cold, unemotional side to the outside, she’s not into passion, not into love. Okay perhaps she got very vulnerable and built a thorn cage around her. While Chuck is caring about his dog every episode (opens a can of dog food/ takes him for a walk) our Blair doesn’t seem to be a bit concerned about her baby. Even if GGwriters don’t show it, but that doesn’t give any sympathy on her. I find that really weak. That’s not the romantic Blair we know. She loves her european Prince on a horse, but what about the baby fairytale that is the biggest fairytale that can happen to a woman. And with Chuck propably beeing the father and her true love forever she should show her love for this baby inside her even more. Hmmmm….GGW, I don’t like that at all.
Perhaps Dan definetely should come around as a best friend and good influence and open her eyes at least for her seeing abd accepting her baby. After all, Blair told him last season that the baby was conceived out of love.
Blair had a hand on her stomach a lot last episode. Just because she was going baby gaga this episode, didn’t mean she wasn’t thinking about the baby. Plus she had a lot of other things on her plate in that episode as well.
I don’t think she’s been cold this season. Just guarded and in denial about a lot of stuff.
Honestly, i think the pregnancy storyline is no direction because there’s no impact on the paternity test blast. Maybe this plot will be reactivated in the fall finale episode.
The writters still want Blair to look “Sexy” So they are not going to give her a belly that shows. Which is ridiculous..pregnancy is beautiful. People who think otherwise are whats wrong with our culture.
As for Blair seeming cold. I think shes in sleuth mode. WHO is this new Chuck. Shes guarding her heart because she has been hurt in the past.
Oh Blair, you can’t change L into what you want. It doesn’t work like that. If you want someone like “new Chuck” perhaps you should go for the original, the one you LOVE and can’t seem to get enough of! Drop the charade and think about what it is you’re asking for… you want Chuck!
B always want to have her own fairytale, first with Nate (first love, good family, the same social status etc.), next lord Marcus ( remember his words? ‘You don’t want me, you want my title), and now Louis (prince of Monaco, like prince Rainier and Grace Kelly- perfect fairytale) but truly she always want Chuck.
All this ‘Oh Chuck you are bad person, you destroy everything and everybody in your life’ is just a piece of sh*t :P:)
Blair isn’t defenceless, little girl, she is strong, intelligent, distingue woman. She likes schemes and rule over her minions.
So all what she need is Chuck. They are the same. 🙂
Dan doesn’t match to her life, maybe as friend yes but not as lover. I don’t understand why people like their relationship, there is no passion and sparkles. They can talk about movies and something like that but how long? Do you remember all this epic, passion and sweet moments between C abd B? All their kisses and fights? 🙂 of course you do:)
Can you imagine Dan or Louis in the same situation? 😛 Blair is unhappy with Louis and so will she with Dan:)
So please GG writters let Chuck and Blair go back together and let them be happy 🙂
